Mussels with Pesto

Fresh mussels with the herby taste of Pesto sauce

Serves Four

Ingredients

4 Qbags®
1.2 kg mussels
2 stalks of white celery
1 red and 1 green pepper
1 large onion
50g pesto
herbs - dill, chive and basil
400ml white wine

Recipe

Cut the celery, the onion and the peppers into small pieces. Put a quarter of the mussels and some vegetables into each of the Q- bags and pour 100ml white wine over the mixture. Flavour the mussels with some fish spices and a spoon of pesto. Fold the Q bag opening twice to seal end tightly. Put the mussels onto the BBQ for about 10 minutes ( until they are all open ) or put them in the oven at 200°C.
