Mussels with white wine sauce
An alternative but just as delicious take on the mussels theme
This recipe serves two as a starter or one as a main course.
Ingredients
1 Qbag®
250 grams Clean washed mussels (remove the beards)
1 Clove garlic
half Chopped onion
20 grams Pesto
100 ml White wine
Recipe
Put the clean washed mussels into the Qbag. Mix the onion, garlic and
Pesto together and put into the Qbag. Pour over 100 ml of wine. Carefully
fold the opening of the Qbag twice pressing down firmly. Cook
immediately.
Cooking times
In oven 12 mins at 200ºC/Gas Mark 6
On BBQ 10 mins/HOT
Tips
- When cooking in a conventional oven, always place Qbag on a baking tray.
- Once cooked, the Qbag can be used as a serving vessel, just peel away the window and eat from the Qbag. Please make sure the Qbag is taken off the BBQ/out of the oven before removing the window.
