Seafood Heaven Selski style
Mussels, King Prawns and Scallops – yes this dish really will take you to heaven!
Ingredients
1 Qbag®
250 g mussels (in shell, cleaned)
4 raw king prawns, shelled and de-veined
4 scallops, mussel removed
1tsp Cajun seasoning
2 spring onions
½ white onion
1 clove of garlic
Thumb size knob of ginger
Zest of ½ lime
1 tbsp roughly chopped coriander
1 tbsp roughly chopped parsley
4 button mushrooms cut in half
2 tbsp white wine
100 ml chicken stock
1 pinch of salt
Recipe
Finely chop the spring onion, garlic, onion and ginger and place in a bowl.
Add the mussels, prawns and scallops, Cajun seasoning, zest, mushrooms, herbs, salt, wine and stock.
Mix together, and then pour carefully into an open Q bag.
Cooking times
Seal the Q bag with two 2 cm folds, place on an oven tray and place into a preheated oven at 180 C for 15 – 20 minutes
