Thai Prawn Curry
Did you know you could create an authentic tasting Prawn curry on a BBQ?
Ingredients
1 Qbag®
250g uncooked peeled prawns
2 tablespoons red Thai Curry Paste (Best authentic)
150ml coconut milk
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
Recipe
In a bowl mix the prawns with the curry paste and the fish sauce and lime juice and two tablespoons of coconut milk
Place the prawn mixture into an open Q-bag and seal by folding two 3-4cm folds at the top of the bag and press down well to seal.
Place your Q-bag over a hot barbecue with the window facing up. Cook for 6-8 minutes, then remove the film from the window, poor in the remaining coconut milk and bring to the boil
Add the chopped coriander and serve
