Noodles with beef and ginger

Succulent sirloin steak with chinese noodles and ginger

For four people

Ingredients

4 Qbag®
150g String noodles (egg noodles)
400g beef entrecote (sirloin) in slices
2 Pak Choi
4 spring onions
1 red paprika
3 cm shredded ginger
200g bean sprouts
800ml beef stock
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Recipe

Boil the noodles, following the manufacturers instructions. Slice the vegetables and divide them with the bean sprouts and the beef put into the 4 Qbags. Boil the beef stock and add the soy sauce, the shredded ginger and divide in the Qbags. Flavour with pepper and salt and then fold the Q bag opening twice to seal end tightly. Place on the BBQ or in the oven (200°C) for 6minutes.
