The Qbag foil cooking bags can withstand the direct heat on a barbecue* (or in an oven on rainy days!) and allow you to cook meat, fish, chicken, and vegetarian recipes next to each other without the transfer of flavours and steam.
The window on top helps your food breathe whilst you check on your dish. Peel back the window to add ingredients, stir, or even have a quick taste! Close the window to continue cooking, until ready to serve.
The Qbag is not primarily a roasting bag, however you can remove the window completely during cooking. This prevents the food inside from being steamed, potentially allowing browning to occur on top. Vegetables and other ingredients would still be contained within the bag, allowing them to cook in their own juices.
